CNC MACHINING CENTRE – CNC TURNING FOR PROTOTYPES AND END-USE COMPONENTS

Using CNC turning centres, our engineers can create custom prototypes and end-use components featuring axial and radial holes, flats, slots and grooves for various applications and industries.

Our bar-fed CNC turning centres can work with bar stock up to 65mm in diameter and billets up to 130mm in diameter. CNC turning can provide your business with precision-machined components in plastic or composite materials. Our CNC machining capabilities produce components more cost-effectively, in shorter lead times, than conventional machine methods.

CNC MILLING IDEAL FOR COMPLEX LOW AND MEDIUM-VOLUME COMPONENTS

CNC milling technology allows our engineers to accurately cut plastic and composite parts to shape. Our customers provide us with a CAD file or drawing, and request the material and part quality. Our machinery then mills out the required shape to create components used in a variety of demanding applications and industries.

Our three, four and five-axis machining centres utilise state-of-the-art modular workholding. They offer high-speed tool changing, rigid tapping, up to 60 metres/min traverse rate and high-torque spindles with up to 15,000RPM.
