Our three, four and five-axis machining centres utilise state-of-the-art modular workholding, offer high-speed tool changing, rigid tapping, up to 60 metres/min traverse rate and high-torque spindles with up to 15,000RPM.

CNC ROUTING SUITABLE FOR COMPONENT SHAPING AND PROFILING

Our CNC machinery includes routers capable of shaping, profiling and cutting simple and complex designs on a variety of plastics and composites. Our highly-skilled engineers are experienced in the precise shaping and detailing of a wide range of materials, with a clear focus on minimising material wastage and providing our customers with finished parts with impeccable efficiency.

Our routing machines offer high-torque spindles with up to 18,000RPM and allow two-dimensional parts to be machined up to a size of 1000mm x 1500mm.
